Note on models NOT used here

Face and licence-plate detectors based on Ultralytics YOLO are widely
available, but they are licensed under AGPL-3.0, which imposes strict
conditions on commercial use. They are therefore not bundled.
Licence plates cannot be found automatically in this tool; draw over
them by hand.
